Meet Laura

Chef Laura Modigliani founded Cooking by Laura in 2015 to provide clients with custom meals that are both nourishing and delicious.

After graduating from the Chef’s Training Program at Natural Gourmet Institute, the nation's premier health-supportive culinary school, Laura cooked in some of New York City’s best farm-to-table restaurants, from the large James Beard award-winning ABC Kitchen by Michelin star chef Jean-Georges to the intimate Northern Italian favorites al di la Trattoria and Rucola in Brooklyn.
