Meet Laura

Chef Laura Modigliani started Cooking by Laura in 2015 to provide custom meals that are both delicious and nourishing.

After graduating from Natural Gourmet Institute, the nation's premier health-supportive culinary school, Laura cooked in some of New York City’s best farm-to-table restaurants, from the large award-winning ABC Kitchen by Michelin star chef Jean-Georges to the intimate Italian favorites al di la Trattoria and Rucola in Brooklyn.
